College Admissions for 8th-12th Grade Students
UCEazy is a virtual academy that provides college admissions services. Specifically, UCEazy provides help to students with parents born outside the U.S. UCEazy is able to give these students the tools to navigate the high school experience and college admissions process.
The academy has a team of more than 75 counselors who are highly experienced. In addition, these experts work together to ensure each student receives the 360 degrees assistance needed to reach the college of their dreams. UCEazy guidance is given through one-on-one meetings and group sessions via videoconference, so all students across the U.S. are able to participate. In addition, UCEazy counselors support and are knowledgeable of all colleges throughout the U.S.
UCEazy offers proprietary programs for 8th-12th grade students, as well as students who are interested in transferring. In addition to college admissions experts, the virtual academy offers experts to help in a variety of areas including college essay writing, student motivation, extracurricular activities, study skills, and career exploration.
The company’s high-quality counselors are hand-picked experts that have earned at least a Master’s Degree in their field and average more than 15 years of field experience.
The following programs in the UCEazy academy work seamlessly together:
Xcellerator Program (8th-10th grades) – During these critical years, students and their parents receive expert guidance to simplify the high school journey and develop a competitive edge to maximize their chances of attending their “dream” college. Starting early allows students to get on a successful path while they still have a chance to make a significant difference in their college applications. Introducing a high school counselor and college expert at this stage takes the tension off of first-generation parents and brings in a trusted, third-party expert to support the overall success of your child.
College Admissions Program (11th-12th grades) – The student’s Junior & Senior years focus on fine-tuning all that was learned and created during the Xcellerator Program. UCEazy experts guide students through the application process to maximize their chances of reaching their “dream” colleges. Much of the focus is spent on writing college essays, developing a targeted college list, selecting a major, strategies on test-taking, securing financial aid strategy, and interview coaching to market the student in their best light.
College Transfer Program – UCEazy counselors guide students who want to transfer from a two-year college to a four-year college. We help them explore and navigate the Transfer Admissions Guarantee programs offered to them. In addition, our guidance includes selecting courses at the community college, finding a best-fit major, developing a target list of colleges, and assisting with essay review.
College Essay Writing & Review Program– UCEazy’s team of experts helps students improve their essay writing skills from 8th grade through 11th grade. During their senior year, we provide assistance with brainstorming, topic selection, and editing to ensure putting your best foot forward.
Supplemental Guidance Program– UCEazy offers guidance through short-term courses and assessments that enhance the student’s growth. These courses include: succeeding in a virtual classroom, guidance on career and major exploration, and realistic assessment of gaining admission to top-ranked colleges.
